Oh this Bell hat is Lovely! I’m so glad Valerie Philippin submitted the instructions for it. Louis Vuitton Fall/Winter 2012 hats are quite similar, although they look as if they do not rely on a wire armature. Bravo Vintage Pattern Lending Library! Library!
