Well… My first thought was that this hat is huge!!! It fits but the outer size is massive for my taste… but it was perfect for a mad hatters party I went to…. I couldnt find true buckram in my local stores so I used the extra heavy craft stiffener…  I did the base in maroon tulle with the accents in velvet… found a nice white feather medallion as an accent….   Measured and remeasured…. everything was accurate…. so the style is just very large….   but it was beautifull…
